O.K so i buy a domain with a BIN and the seller refuses to sell because he thinks its worth more, sedo will not ban their account,it gets worse, i paid for the domain via paypal and 10 days later they still have not refunded me.

SEDO YOU ARE A DISGRACE !

And they won the award for Best Overall Domain Solution at TRAFFIC this year.

Wow, that sucks. Sedo is one of my favorite auction houses

Who's the seller? Name and shame the company/him/her.

that is not a scam

unfortunate situation, but not a scam

maybe the thread should be about the bullshiz-zit the "seller pulled", not about a delay in receiving refund.

i feel your pain though

cuz, i sold a domain via sedo with a bin and buyer asked for refund after they sent payment, because i didn't answer his email fast enough.

they probably changed their mind after sending money, but it was too late.

i told sedo rep about it and they said buyer shouldn't have even been trying to contact me in the first place.

so, sometimes parties on either side can make the platform look bad, when they act unprofessional or are impatient.

imo...
