Sedo is taking service to the next level! With over 180,000 members in the United States and Canada alone, we recognized the need to enhance our customer support. Starting today, April 7th, 2008, our new Customer Support Center (www.support.sedo.com) will open its virtual doors to the Sedo community.

What can the new Sedo Customer Support Center do for you?

• Questions can easily be submited online via our contact form and will be handled domestically by a dedicated Sedo representative.

• You can view the status of your questions in a private "My Stuff" folder within your Sedo account.

• Your personal history of submitted questions will be stored in your account, so they are easily accessible for you to reference .

• You can view answers to our newly updated most frequently asked questions (FAQs).

• You can submit ratings for the answers our team provides. This feedback allows us to continually improve our service to meet your needs.

This Customer Support Center replaces the previous email system where questions were directed to [email protected]. Moving forward we request that all Sedo members now visit support.sedo.com for assistance.

Actually this has been active for 2-3 weeks now...probably beta though :) ..
I still love the phone support though

Just pushed 2 domains to sedo's account sales from the 3rd and 4th awaiting confirmation of receipt and payment..perhaps they hired more transfer agents .. could be like the old days again .. less than week from sale to payment

still takes a few days to get a reply from sedo by email. Even after we've exchange several messages the brokers take days to reply.
