Taking into account the recent interpretation of the law regarding domain names containing a TM I have just registered this domain. My intention is to use it to highlight the situation regarding the domain parking and marketing of Sedo as well as the fiasco and subsequent debacle of the Sedo/mTLD auction.

I would love to hear market valuations of just the domain name, purely for academic interest.

No ads on it, thus legitimate use as avanue for comment, I have even changed my signature so that I can not be accused of even making money that way!

The appraisal is purely 'academic' as stated, the domain is not for sale or lease, but rather I will be able to show that the domain itself is of little value.

I think that about covers it.

I am sure by the end of next week it will be getting a 'few' visitors, and if Sedo/mTLD continue saying that they will hold a third auction of the third auction then the number will climb very significantly.

But it will be an honest critique site to keep it within the t terms of 'legitimate use'.
