The Whois is revealed... and the traffic numbers are coming as I just stated. And no I haven't made 5k from parking the domain and I don't know where that came from since the domain hasn't been parked anywhere.

That may be the least of his problems.

There is also a potentially huge trademark liability.

The owners might want to remove the parking if they do want to sell it. Considering INGDirect.com is being displayed in the PPC ads, it's sure to get a C&D as it sits now. You should point it to a generic lander to be safe.
