I recently sold a name through DomainNameSales via an inquiry from Godaddy.

I was informed that I won't be paid until Godaddy pays DNS.

In addition, I won't be paid until my parking reaches $100 (which may take some time).

Does anyone have any experience with this type of transaction?

Thanks.

there is a 20% fee as well - so hopefully you padded this to the total

you could have negotiated deal yourself (no commission) and had buyer pay (fee included) via escrow

imo...

When the lead comes from GD (via the DNS platform), there's no indication of who the inquiry is coming from. So unless, they contact me directly or go through the DNS inquiry form, this was the only way to negotiate the sale.
