Im selling only if the price is right.

Im looking for offers around $400.00

You may take my three clients wich would be about $90.00 for three months and I would also need a host and would rent $25.00/ month hosting from you.

You may also take my current hosting I have now wich is 500gb bandwidth and 50 gigs space for a month and it will cost you only $40.00 a month. So past like two quarterly term clients you have made a $20.00 profit.

Im in need of the money and do no have the time to run it.

I may be interested in your clients. Do they know you are selling up, and are they willing to switch hosts?
I'm not interested in your current hosting plan. Those specs for that price sounds like a deal from a massive overseller. (that's half a standard server spec for 40 bucks a month)

Im selling ti all Clients, Layouts, Domain Name.

You do nto have to take the hosting if you do not want. Just an offer because its the cheapest you will find for that.
