- Hosted on a $89 win2003 dedicated server from server matrix + SQL db, the site will need to be moved onto your server, but I'll be happy move and set up the site for you.

- ActiveX ads haven't historically affected traffic volumes. Current visitors are from search engines / repeat visitors that keep coming back anyway...
