first I would like to know where the traffic is coming from, are you redirecting traffic to the site? It looks like you have websites or something pointing to this site. Is this site established cause there isn't an actual upload script its just a landing page with yahoo ads on it. I have a yahoo account already but I would like to know these things first cause if there are redirects to this site where also are the links located and will they stay intact after the sale.

- I sold this member (well before this domain was up for sale) approx 400 unique hits per day of typo traffic for 10 days total that started just a few days ago, I was told he wanted a test and would be buying much more if it worked out well...obviously it has as it seems like the earnings are good and now the domain seems to be pending sale, hopefully this information was disclosed to the buyer and if not here it is...Hopefully this is all just precautionary measure I am taking here. But I surely do not want someone to base their purchase decision based on typo traffic that will be ending in a few days...

Money is not being made by this typo. To prove it you can take it off for a day and watch it make the same amount of income. Also it does not produce as much traffic as you say it does.

actually awstats is real bad about messing up referrer stats.
I am sure Mocus is forwarding all 404 traffic to you.

So if you click on display full list, of those 1800 referrers.
You will probally see data like this on sep lines.

most people do not just go to myspace.com they are usually looking for member pages. It would be very rare for more the referrers to make it to the top of you referrer list.
