Selling Question....where to list domain/site on this forum. Please help!

I have a dot US domain that was originally a minisite I created about a year ago. I was running adsense only and getting a few NICE clicks every once in a while. I decided to take the minisite down and use an enhanced parking service called Domain Power to park the domain with. Since moving this "payday loan" domain over to DP, I have seen a dramatic increase in revenue. The site now looks like a legit payday loan landing page....and traffic is starting to increase.

I'm interested in trying to sell the domain but not sure if i need to post the domain for sale under "domain only" or "developed site". Technically, it's a not a developed site (but sure looks like one!). Thoughts on where to put this for sale?

Forgot to mention that my exact match domain sits on the FIRST page of the big G in spot #2!!!
