Selling through GreatDomains.com

I currently have domains listed at their site and I recently received an email from a party interested in the domain. They've made an offer on the domain through Sedo, but haven't received any reply from GreatDomains for over two weeks. Looking at GD's homepage and Sedo there is an offer noted in the number of offers. I know the amount of their offer and can't see why GD wouldn't at least make an counter offer. I've mailed the GD support, but no reply...
Does anyone have experience with selling through GreatDomains.com?

If the offer was made thru Sedo, then reply with your counter offer via Sedo, from your "offers received" link.

GD seems to be just the referrer in this case.

The domain isn't listed with my account. It appeared at Sedo after I signed the contract with GreatDomains and by looking at GreatDomain's homepage, the offer is also noted there.
I have received a PM with info about who to contact about this, so I hope it'll be solved.
