I run several sites that I am looking to sell.
Nav2.net - This is a network of many sites all seo'ed and strategically linked to each other. Sites inclulde many high ranking google & google pr including zscripts.com, free-proxy-servers.com, freeibboard.com, freehosting123.com and more. Comes with nav2.net & forums.nav2.net.
BuddyIcon.org - Popular buddy icon site high in pr and google with daily revenue. Last month just on adsense it made $12 per day average ($350 a month) Add in more for banners and pops.
Paperz.org - Nice wallpapers site making about 100 a month.
zerogames.com - custom games site around for yeard... about 200/month.
