I was checking the how the process works with escrow.com and I see the seller transfers the domain to the buyer and then the buyer has an 'inspection period' before the funds are released. My question is, what happens once they have the domain but don't go through with the sale and request the funds back but they still have the domain name and site. Can I get scammed like this?

I think escrow will check and see if domain is returned to the seller before refunding the money to the buyer.

However, there is way to get scammed meaning there is security hole with escrow.
Better to use escrow service where escrow control both "money" and "domain" such as...

EscrowDNS
