Yeah, my opinion is it's a pretty good name, you should try to sell it to http://www.red-star.org - which seems to be a nice developed site on recipes/baking. Also, just did a quick search at NameDroppers, 54 .org domains contaning the term red and star.

You have got a great name. Where are you from? I am turkish. Redstar is the number one charity organization of Islam and it is also the sign of Islam when used with star. When an end-user contacts you, if he is a muslim with an interest in developing this site as a Charity portal give it free, otherwise do not sell it under $10K.
