The name has a great flow off the tounge.
Having all the extensions is a great bonus, would suggest probably hooking up with the IBSA Group who have a great range of Aust Merchandise in the area of the domain and developing the group. Eg they also build you sites etc
If not, bundle the package of domains and rent it to a local group for say $250 a month.
You will struggle selling the .com.au anyway.
