SEO question

Regarding SEO, if I optimize my .ca domain web site as best I can and I get great page ranking with Google Canada, will my site get just as great results in Google.com? If not, is there a way to optimize my site for BOTH Google.ca and Google.com?

that sounds like an honest question for Google. On a recent trip to Canada, I was surprised to see do many "CA" sites and i wondered the same.

It seems that it is in Google's best interest to help... have u tried them?
