This site is an SEO news and discussion forum. It's roughly 18 months old and has some very solid search engine rankings, including ranking #23 for the mega term "SEO" in Yahoo. I can provide a full list of dozens of "niche" terms that rank well in Google, Yahoo, and MSN as well. The site's articles also get indexed in Google News and rank well within that news engine.
Here are a few vital statistics:
-over 1500 indexed pages in Google (www.seoproject.com & www.seoproject.com/forum)
-398 members, 3,475 posts, 570 threads
-roughly 100-200 unique visitors per day and roughly 1000-1500 daily pageviews (I can provide log stats via Sawmill upon request)
-PR 6 homepage and forum mainpage. The forum actually fluctuates between PR 6 and PR 7!
-This site is no longer "sandboxed" by Google.
Revenue:
I am currently earning $1030 in monthly revenue exclusively from "Partner" links and one static banner (as of 11/7/05)
This site has tremendous potential because of its extremely solid search engine rankings, solid PR, an existening base of loyal posters, and the fact that it has never employed Google Adwords or CPM advertising or affiliiate programs.
I actually love this forum and it is one of my pride and joy sites, but I am know embarking on some new ventures and can no longer give it the attention it deserves. This is the perfect site for a webmaster with a working knowledge of SEO! (I will likely still visit and post long after I have sold the domain).
