'Serial Video' is a technical type of term of a transmission - communication data format for video kind of like 'serial data' as apposed to' parallel data'. Video sent from cell phones and other wireless devices are most likely all 'serial' type transmissions even if they are 'spread spectrum' type of transmissions.
It's only value, probably, would be for a technical type of company that makes wireless type of devices or provides a service that caters to them or some other tech type end user - ?
I was just fishing on this DN to see if any end users or others looking for them were out there for this type of DN.
