Use the name as an affiliate site - retail value of the name will not get you much, but any development of the name will fetch more as an income....

If you develop it like RJ said, a lot of hosts offer affiliate programs that pay you good money for referring people..... dedicated servers cost a bit too!

Yup, I agree, develop it somewhat, wouldn't be all that hard I would imagine and would certainly add some value to it but even undeveloped I like it
