.ca domains: http://tbr.cira.ca/
.co.uk domains: a number of dropcatchers publish droplists (Nominet doesn't release droplists). Google should help.

Use http://domainlore.co.uk/droplist for UK names.

BTW http://tbr.cira.ca/ and similar services often release the dropslists without any info concerning the backlinks and/or PR. How to check such info? I used market samurai before but it doesnt check so many URLs...
