Two fast growing cities in the Homer Alaska Area. Small populations but growing fast ans there is a hughe demand for housing and land in the area. Alaska is becomeing a fast destonation

I just bought a restuarant on the Homer Spit so I will use it to advertize my business and some frineds, but if the price was right I would sell it I think.

I have plans for the others but well you know how it goes it is hard to get to all the things one would like to do.

Does anyone have a guess as to the value of any one of these? Now or in the future.
