As always most of these are template sites, but not all. I will answer questions in thread but prefer they be asked in PM. These sites are not making money or receiving traffic of note as they have not been promoted. After sale you will be given FTP and after you send me an email confirming download and send your account info, I'll start transfer. You can have 30 days of hosting if you need and I can offer hosting or show you the cheapest place I have found. I do ask that you allow me to push the name ASAP to keep things simple. So the site does not have to be downloaded fast, but I do need to push the name. I will be glad to load on your server but I do charge $10 per site to do this. I can also sell many of these templates without names and for that I charge $20 per template installed. It depends on site if I'm allowed and I will not sell just the template and I'm not allowed to sell the scripts. I do have many scripts I can sell if you are looking for something. Sorry to be so long winded.
