I would not be surprised if the domain sells for much less than previously, like $5 mil.
That would be my guess.

I don't think there are a lot of investors that have the liquidity to make that kind of purchase. National A1 perhaps ?
Plus you need a serious business plan, adult is not a niche for everyone. Sure it's a nice trophy domain but that alone does not justify spending tens of millions.
