What do you think?
"cartoon sex" has OVT 158K

...No... just.. no.

Honestly, I must be sounding like a parrot of late but..

Take your cell phone MOBI. people and do THIS before you reg another doamin:

"hmm, I think supermortgage.mobi sounds, well super, i'm going to reg it" and then stop and think, would you actually be a user that would type that into their mobile phone to look up mortgages?

Then, put your cell away and go buy yourself lunch and save that $.

Back to the point, I see the domain as regfee and then drop in 2 yrs.

I'm going to say this one stands a chance with development. And I can't stand .mobi btw. Mobiles and jokes make sense - sex jokes and mobiles maybe a bit more. With a type of simple subscription service where it sends a sex cartoon daily to your mobile this one might survive.

I won't value it because I have not bought any and will not buy any .mobi.

at least $25,000 for this premium .mobi

I believe he was joking. $25,000 is $24,990 too much to pay for this domain name.

Yes I know. I didn't have a heart attack :becky:
If it is that high I wouldn't give up 50% so easily.

We know a bit more about .mobi now, so I'm bringing this up. Please give your comments / appraisals.
BTW adultcartoons.mobi is a premium name.

it could be good for weirdos who are into that sort of thing

Hi,
this sort of domain , i can't really see an enduser in sight.
However......hold your horses...
There is a market for this sort of thing.
Again, i would say, why not develop. People will want to see something when they get there. There are few developed .mobis thus far & most are dull as hell.
Go for it....
Predator :thumb:

nb: have an 'enter you must be 18 or over button' for god's sake though 'cos you don't want kids searching for cartoons finding minnie mouse getting one up the Gary Glitter!

even the most beautiful woman in the world has a name. don't we all go for content??????

Thanks! Please keep the appraisals and comments coming!
I'm thinking of developing one of my .mobis but time is extremely scarce for me at this point. I'll probably do it in the next few months.

I think the .mobi ext has a lot of promise...and your name may be a good development site - not an enduser site for big bucks.

I would be very careful regging names similar to the so called "premium" names (if only because they are similar)...I think a lot of the premium names are designated that way to get more reggs of similar names...and not because they are actually premium.

Might be too much for a cell phone.

As a safety measure, all .mobi regs are required to be entered into the registrar via a mobile device.

Could speed things up when they all go to voice recognition. But then they'd probably say com anyway. That is until there's too many global coms and they want something local. Of course if they're a ways away they'd probably say dot US. Or if they're real close, they'll just point their phone at the restaurant, and the GPS will identify it and display a menu.

I think most people just register .mobi names not really caring what the practical implications will be - that is, intending to use them as regular domains over a regular PC and browser. With that in mind, those .mobi domains are no better than .cc, .ws etc TLDs.
