Yo,
I am brokering a list of 263 domain domains making $760+ monthly for a client. Sexino.com is 2nd best at $60 monthly. 32 of them are questionable TM problems generating $280 of that income. No complaints issued as of yet.
All of the domains for $15,000.
Minus the TM domains $13,000

I already have over 15 requests for this list with many buyers anticipating the list with a pre-knowledge of price and potential TM issues (me, I would avoid potential TM buys). Six weeks ago, I sold a list of 140 domains making $850 with about ten potential TM issues. The new owner has not informed me of any problems yet from those potential TM domains. I don't encourage buying potential TM-related domains, but in bulk, I know people are interested. BUT I give you the chance to buy the list without the potential TM issue domains. If you want the whole list with the potential TM's, it's your responsibility and liability.
