Renew definately (or sell to me for $20!
). If I were to buy it I would start by making a very simple site simply listing sex phone lines, you know number, type, language, cost. Then as visitor numbers grew I would contact the premium sex phone numbers and offer them advertising on the site. Within 3-6 months I think you would have a nice income from such a site, and in reality for very little work indeed.
Just my thoughts on the subject.

As Billbo pointed out, should be easy to develop, but instead of putting just advert for others premium rate lines, I'd stick a few on of my own - they still bring in easy money if you can get the callers...
