And Google Adwords Keyword Tool says this for Sex Portal term: We're sorry, but we're unable to generate relevant keywords for this keyword.
Make sure you have the box checked under filter options to 'Include adult content in my keyword results' or you'll get unable to generate relevant keywords message from Adwords.
AdultPortal(.)com went for $4,150 in February 2008 and SexPortal is definitely better. I'd say at least 20k for SexPortal.
Thanks I just did as you suggested. And the local search volume for september is 2900 plus global is about 27,100 with high advertiser competition but when I try searching the term "Sex Portal" in google search there are like 0 ads shown along with the search results.. Am I missing something?
I had 7 advertisers show up for me when I searched "sex portal" on google.
Sex portal is such a broad term in that it could be used for pretty much anything sex related instead of a specific niche.
you have to put quotes around both works to isolate the serp for that combination....."sex portal" mine shows 4 ads as below.
