Each country has Special Econimic Zones in each state for Export based units. P and C could be Portal or Commerce.

SEZC could be SEZ with the City, State or the Country name like
SEZ Cali
SEZ China
SEZ Portugal etc etc

What else could it be used for? What could the value be??
