closed ShootingDirectory(.com) registered since 2000, how much do I ask for?

I would appreciate opinions on an asking price for ShootingDirectory(.com) to an end user.

Got an unsolicited price request for this domain and it seems the guy went through the trouble of setting up a fake old lady as a buyer personality.

Though obviously the domain was originally related to firearms, I believe this buyer is related to a line of designer basketball shoes and clothing products.

From experience, I would sell to the end user whatever they want because other than developing the site, I do not think you can get that much for the name. Google shows only 36 global searches per month for the exact matches. However, if the buyer is in the line of designer shoes, etc... it maybe worth more to them.

My appraisal:
High $xx to low $xxx for domainer
High $xxx to low $xxxx to end user.
