Without any revenue, traffic, the term "educated offer" can't be applied.

I'm always interested in sites, but exploring the site to "educate" myself is difficult, the pages dont load too quickly.
If you can add some more information other than a domain name and a quick site description and a site that loads real slow then I'd certainly take consideration.

Since no traffic or income is publicly available or stated, and no starting price has been mentioned. I'll start off the bidding by offering $5, in Canadian fund no less.
After checking the site, I think this may be a high bid simply due to the amount of poorly coded html and javascript that would need to be fixed for browsers other than IE including what appears to be a loop causing the page to try to reload before it ever finishes loading, but I'll still keep my offer.
This offer is dependant upon the following conditions
I must receive acceptable traffic stats and proof of income.
Payment will be made via escrow.com with me paying all escrow fees and a 10 day inspection period to confirm income and traffic.
NDA must be signed so you will not disclose the terms of this sale with anyone else.
