Should DomainSage be booted?

I'm putting this to a vote. Should DomainSage be booted from DNForum.com?

Make sure you read my first post that details the more serious infraction.

I want to also point out that since this was brought to light, DomainSage has signed up for an additional account. That account along with his other extra accounts have been deleted.

I truly believe that if mistakes are made a timely response should have been made to correct the action. Men of honor should standby the error of their ways and DomainSage should of excepted his fate and or take the loss.
As gentlemen we have rules of engagement and are word is our bond, a true gentleman would, without hesitation accept his fate for the evolution of the forum and settle in a private forum without the cause of the judgment by his peers.
