i translated a generic english word to simplified chinese word on google translator
this word is available to regg on com
this word gets more than 500 us overture results without ext
so is this a good word to regg

Will you regret if someone else registered it? If so, then register it

If it's a very common term, then in all likelihood it's already been registered in its variant form (Kanji, Trad. Chinese).

The only way to find out is to try and register it as the variant check is performed at the registry level.
