Someone said they would pay $100k for the domain, and they demonstrated they could pay, but ename.com heard about the deal and offered $200k before the deal closed.

Should I cancel the $100k I trust in favor of ename.com at escrow.com?

I fear ename.com putting $5k in escrow.com instead of the $200k on a take it or leave it basis. Since I canceled the $100k deal, they'd have me in a position where I'd be more likely to take the $5k.

start the escrow and see. Escrow doesn't work that way, they either fund the full amount or they don't... it isn't something that gets negotiated after.

basically, they HAVE to fund the full amount in order to comply with the terms of the escrow. otherwise, you walk.

Then again, send me the domain by PM... I'll sure do better than $5k on any true LL.com!!! lol
