Wanted: Service Signup+Payment+Email With Details

I need something very important and its urgent.

I need a script where people can sign up (enter a contest), and while signing up, they enter their Credit Card information or Paypal information (entry fee). Once thats all done, they are sent an email to the email given in the form with instructions.


where can i get such a thing
