it shouldn't take this long?

Is it usual at Smartname that requests take 10 days now already?

SmartName may have more requirements, but as long as you have quality names, big or small portfolio, it's OK. I''ll do my best to help. Smartname doesn't even care to answer the posts here. They never even answered my numerous PMs to them here. Those PMs were by the way sent upon their request, see posts above in this thread.

Not so long ago you could sign up to a parking service and get immediate account and approval...I'm sure you can imagine the challenges that brought about for quality control and relationships with major feed providers. So things have now come full circle. Parking companies are losing feeds due to poor quality and having to shut down. At NameMedia, we currently decline more than 99% of applicants to our services. You wouldn't believe some of the applications we receive.
