So I have this name, and it takes about 600 or so unique hits a month. Right now I have it parked, but I'd love to have a site up and running, but I'm not sure what the laws are for chicks in shiny pantys ranging from town, to state?
So the ? is : Could I still own the name, go in with someone say in asia or somewhere and let them run and own the site, pay me some cash a month, without the government coming down on me?

First of all, as long as you are being a US citizen, there's no problem in whatever you put on your pages, except for the US law (which allows showing panties ))

Yes, it's possible to rent your domain to a developer, but it's very hard to find unless you have a real premium domain. You can assume you won't find it for your domain. You'd rather develop for yourself or sell it. It's only my opinion.
