It's a long story...... Site used to make alot of money selling the book and my brother, the author of the book, is no longer interested in it....... Site has thus become stagnant, unmonitored, and is just sitting..... Needs to be revived.....

He sent me some rough stats that I will PM you.....

I'm pretty sure it is worth the asking price without even looking at stats...

We are talking a 5 year old established PR 5 health domain...

Seller doesn't really want to give server access and gave me a copy paste when asked for stats.... If it were my site personally I would just give a screenshot, but seller is selling if it is easy...
