Been working on my search engine and finally got it to where I wanted..

Have any tips for me?

I'm pointing all of my names at it to promote it..

What other good ways are there to promote a search engine?

Any tips on the design, interface, etc?

Pretty nice just have the bottom bgcolor match the top in the fram so it looks like its part of the page.

Hello,

For my SearchBunny I use a searchbox on several of my sites.
http://www.searchbunny.com/test/searchform.htm

I think that helps a bit.

I also redirect all/most domains to it.

had a few scipts written to help with that.

PS: Not saying my design is great (it's a bit too cookie cutter for me) but you might want to spice up your page a little

Yeah I like the simple look though.

Maybe a few extra things will do.

I want to get a full out graphic search box done..

I do point my names to it.

However the main point about making the search engine isn't to make money off the parking it's to promote it so that they will come back.

I feel that the best way to do that is to put the names to the front page.

I made myself a nice little system.

I've been back and forth between auto searching and to the main page
