Sin Filtro = WITHOUT A FILTER, which would hardly mean "unfiltered". At some point, a common phrase in the tobacco world, but not anymore. Knowing spanish, I visualize that name used in a metaphorical manner to publish news/opinions without any kind of restrictions, censorship or "politically correct" language.
