A While back I picked up SiriusSportser.Com (Google : Sirius Sportser)
This is a HIGH END electronics item with a lot of money to be made in this business. There are Google Advertisers all over the search results pages. This is also a highly competitive search term as you will notice at the bottom of that search result page there are links to search for the various models of the sirius sportster which I have done 0 work on.
Here is what I have done. I put up a VERY BASIC Wordpress site, and had it auto harvest content with a plugin. None of the work is original, and the site looks like total crap. I did this about ... maybe a month ago.
Lo and behold : The site already is bouncing between #20 and #21 and the Google SERPS for "Sirius Sportster" with absolutely no Page Rank or sites linking in. With just a little more work this site has the potential to be a huge money maker.
Edited : I just looked and it is ranked #10 on Yahoo currently for Sirius Sportster as well.
I live in Illinois so I can't link to Amazon any more .. So I want to put this in the hands of someone who can finish developing it.
Your out of pocket expenses
1) Domain : $499
2) 10 Articles : $50 - $100
3) Your time building the proper link structure
Your end results ? Being ranked number one for a term on a highly competitve electronics product that will earn you bare minimum $500 a month in the long run, and the potential to earn thousands a month.
If you are looking for a domain with the possibility for immediate ROI, this is for you. This is one I was going to keep for myself but to be honest I am beginning to despise working on the internet. So I am going to liquidate my assets over the next 6 months most likely.
If you want to talk, drop me a line and we can go from there. EstiBot's appraisals are pretty much worthless in my eyes but I think it valuates it around $7500
