Wanted: Service Site facelift required, plus PHP script installed

OK, I want to make www.aimdolls.com look very much better. That's what I'd like you to do first!

Then, I need a PHP script implemented that allows upload of icons from user's PC to a holding directory for screening -- not like now where they have to be emailed. Need categories listboxes for these uploads. I have seen this code floating around in image hosting scripts etc.

Also need an expansion of the site with an additional page - same layout but different content.

PM your bids please with comments on the site as it stands and how you might improve it. Work is urgent.
