It could be used as a site for webmasters (like siitepoint.com). But that requires putting up a LOT of good content and the required work probably wouldn't be worth whatever revenues you could generate. Undeveloped I can't see it selling for a lot. I saw it today when it was available but didn't think it was worth regging for those reasons.
