General Details: SiteGrade.net and it's corresponding script allow a domain to be checked against several criteria (PR, Alexa Rank, Backlinks in Google, Yahoo, and MSN) and given a score from A+ to F-. The script can be modified for easier or more difficult grading. This script is one that we develop and resell, and that is where the bulk of the revenue comes from.
Traffic Details: Traffic is usually type in, quite often as a result of developed sites we sell using the script on forums such as SP, DP, DNF, and NP.
Revenue Details: Revenue comes in large part from the sites we develop using the script and then sell. Another few dollars is made from AdSense. Sites are resold at various amounts (buyer might want to settle on a price and stick to it.) We started selling the sites at $200 each, but price evened out to $50-$75 per site for the past couple of months. There is never a shortage of buyers, either via the developed sites I sell or direct request for the script (again, various pricing). For the first month I set a limit of 10 sites sold so as not to flood the market immediately, but interest won me over and the past two months have been limited to a dollar amount. Last month I made $500 in sales by the end of the month; this month, I reached $500 in sales before the 15th. Interested buyers can contact me via PM, MSN, or e-mail for more details.
Screenshots: Truly interested buyers can see PayPal screenshots if need be. Truth is, my PayPal account does 10-12 transactions many days, so it's difficult to prove which were a result of SiteGrade sales. I'm happy to show though!
Many people will have seen some of the sites we have sold based on this script in the various forums mentioned above, so that should serve as proof as well.
What's Included? Full rights to the script for resale, the domain SiteGrade.net. I do run another copy of the script at PR.tl, and I would like to continue to keep that online, so the buyer has to be okay with that.

BIN Details: I don't typically look for 10 months revenue with a sale, but the potential with this is unlimited. I've made $500 a month only because that is where I limited sales. With some sales savvy and basic development skills, anyone can make more if they choose. If the buyer happens to be someone with an existing customer base, I can't imagine how much this might make.
Further Details: Please keep in mind that this is not a set up and earn system. A lot of the interest drawn is from sales of sites that we have developed with the script. Development takes very little time (10 minutes per site), but offering sites with a nice domain and offering support to those that need it is important. I don't want the buyer to contact me in a week and say that they set the site up and it made nothing. With a minute amount of work, this site will make you as much as you'd like!
Reason For Selling: I've got a wife and two kids at home, not to mention a job that I should attend more often I'm not pulling out of the internet business altogether, but this site is a bit beyond the scope of what PalSys does. My focus is established sites and ad revenue, not so much sales.
