I am selling a real TOP medical .info domain with very high search volume and a sky rocketing CPC:
"sleep aid" has 135,000 searches per month with a CPC of $ US 6.50
Whereas the plural "sleep aids" has only half the searches, albeit a slightly higher CPC.
