Why such a fluctuation in traffic 7/9 - 7/15?

The major increase in traffic during 7/9-7/15 is due to search engine placement in certain keywords (which keywords, I am not exactly sure of, because my parking provider doesn't provide those in the stats) - but it's the only thing I can figure that would drive the traffic up so substantially during that period, as I have never personally promoted the domain.

Furthermore, as for the history of the domain, I purchased it a few months ago from DrHull (www.DrHull.com), who once used the site to sell his proprietary informational videos on simple & natural infant sleep aids. I believe the domain has a substantial number of backlinks from related sites.

If anyone has any more questions, please let me know.
