Neat name, but I do not see a lot of value. I have spitball.net and have had no interest... A cool name though. GL!

Here's an idea:

www.sliderhome.nl

Introduction
The red-eared slider turtle is a beautiful small green turtle with reddish stripes behind their eyes, sold in pet stores. These are also the most common turtles that are soon no longer wanted by their owners! Most people get their turtles as gift or buy them in the petstore. Unfortunately, most owners know very little about how to take care of them. As a result many turtles die from simple neglection. The main reasons that these animals are not wanted soon after being purchased from pet stores are according to the Rainforest Reptile Refuge Society:

RES are too much work. They make aquariums dirty very quickly, with feeding and defecation.
RES turtle(s) out-grow their aquarium fast.
Due to improper care or lack of knowledge the turtle gets sick and people do not want to spend the money at the veterinarians office.
Salmonella is a bacteria that inhabits 90% of reptiles what can be transferred to humans by contact with the mouth.

Save the Sliders!
