I really dind't see what was wrong with DNP's bidding process. At first he was going for SM.org then wagered on both, then went for qv.net perhaps as the price of sm.org went beyond what he wanted to spend. Where's the lapse in logic? What made him such an "ass" to you? Which I still hold as being very aggressive in nature.

What's wrong apart from the obvious fact that his individual offers added up to $2400 less than the total amount he offered first?

The fact is, biggie didn't call him an "ass". He said the bidding was "silly ass" - DNP just twisted it because he has it in for Biggie.
