1)He didnt took off the name here.
2)A sale is considered valid when conditions are respected, he stated here :
"Once renewed, names which have already expired cannot be pushed or transferred for 60 days. In the interim, seller will enter your registrant data and point them to your designated name servers."
But he PMed me after i post sold :
"For the sake of clarity, please know that names which have expired and are then renewed cannot be transfered for 60 days. Nor, for security reasons, can I modify the registrant data while they remain in my NetSol account. Nevertheless, in the interim, I will be pleased to change the nameservers for you."
I wasnt interested in buying just nameservers
Btw I dont know about NetSol rules, I bought many expired domains at other registrars and they have been transferred to me instantly, afterward I toke care of renewals, lot easier than this.

Click55, you should have been bright enough to leave well enough alone. I spared you the embrassment of publicly shaming you, but you just
had to push the envelope! And in doing so, you posted a contrived excuse which you had never before referenced in our transmittals ... and one which no other buyer had a problem with, because they are experienced enough to have known that expired domain renewals cannot be transferred for 60 days. Furthermore, in each instance, that courtesy disclaimer preceeded the transmittal of payments.
Now that you've crapped in my sales thread, let's share the REAL REASON you did not complete the sale, verbatim, from the PM I received from you this morning:

I hope this isnt a problem for you.
I always honor my contract and I thought those 2 domains werent among the ones needing to pay for renew.
Actually I have real money probs, I won a ticket to Seattler roundtable at Sedo contest and cant afford to fly there :-(
If you dont mind I wish to backup from the purchase.
Let me know.
Again my apologies.

This seemingly contrite PM was followed by "LOL" threats to post negative feedback.
It's not about the lousy 45 bucks, fella. I care more about the wasted time and unnecessary aggravation. What it IS about is adhering to perhaps the most cardinal rule of sales forum conduct. You claim it, you bought it.
If you don't have the financial wherewithal to complete a whopping $45 purchase -- in which you posted "SOLD" in the thread AND reinforced thereafter via PM -- you should consider finding another hobby.
I suggest you leave it at that, without further comment.
