i know that snapnames takes orders for .orgs but how successful are they at catching them

seriously they just dont catch anyting.
During the last 10 days, I have seen domains with bids as high as $1330 that were after auction at $156 in pool.
And...
Once again, I would like to add that they do not catch ORGs.
I have no idea why, but for me it just doesnt work. They dont allow orgs!
any org I enter, it says no info found.
