Hi, I am bidding for the first time in a snapnames auction, when I place my bid the user name that appears is not my login name, why?

Is this how it normally is?

Thanks

James

This is correct

Your Login Name does not show when bidding but shows only your given User ID ;)

At time of registering with Snapnames, they also ask you for your preferred User ID for Auction viewings.

Good luck on your auction

I joined so long ago I must of forgotten my 'preffered given User ID'

Thanks for the info

Log In and then click on 'My Account' and at the top on the right should give you 'Your Bid Alias (screen name): XXXXXX...

Easy ;)
