As of November 2008 we are no longer working with the three registrars in question. This was to prevent any further issues from occurring and no further domains acquired will be registered with these particular registrars.

The real question is, what happens with domains that were snapped by these registrars while SnapNames used them.
 
That's awful. Do you want to reveal the domain so that everyone knows it's stolen?
